About Our Speaker: Ed Dreby

For the past 10 years, Ed Dreby has worked full-time in faith-based adult environmental education, as a member of the National Council of Churches Eco-Justice Working Group from 1997 to 2002, as coordinator of the PA Council of Churches Interfaith Climate Campaign from 1997 to 2002, and as project leader of the Friends' (Quakers') regional Earthcare Working Group until last June.  He was for twenty years an administrator and social studies teacher in several area Friends schools, and has also worked with Habitat for Humanity and the Salt and Light Company of Mt Holly.  Ed and his wife Margaret Mansfield, who recently retired as social studies department chair from Moorestown Friends School, are members of the Friends Meeting in Mt Holly.
