Healthy Choices

with CAROL RICKARD


Each year we offer our parishioners a short series of lectures which focus on a variety of "healthy" physical, emotional, and spiritual choices.  They take place during Coffee Hour, following the Divine Liturgy.  

We begin the week before with a communal reading of Fr. Thomas Hopko's "55 Maxims for Christian Living."  The Sessions were linked to our Lenten Reader—Answers in the Form of Questions and More.
This year the presentations were offered by Carol Rickard on Sundays February 8 ("Healthy Body," March 8 ("Healthy Mind," and May 3 ("Healthy Relationships").  Carol's Sessions have focused on establishing a practical and workable plan for dealing with the right questions and answers in our lives.
